Traveling from Historic Savannah? We recommend allotting at least 45 minutes when traveling from the historic district to the convention center via the Water Ferry or Shuttle. Please plan accordingly so you do not miss the start of sessions.

Weather & What to Bring
October in Savannah is beautiful. Expect warm days with highs in the low 80s and comfortable evenings in the mid-60s. There is a chance of rain during the week, so pack accordingly.
Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions.
- A light jacket or layer. Session rooms can be cool.
- A compact umbrella or rain jacket for possible showers.
- Comfortable shoes. You will cover a lot of ground.
- A phone and laptop charger in your conference bag.
- Extra time to explore Savannah. River Street, Forsyth Park, and the historic squares are steps away.
Registration Hours
Registration will be located at the Savannah Convention Center River Concourse. If you are arriving on Sunday, we recommend stopping by to pick up your badge before the week begins. Highest volume typically occurs before sessions begin Monday morning.

Periop Leader's Night Out
Under the Electric Moon
Join us Tuesday, October 6, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Electric Moon Skytop Lounge, overlooking the Savannah River in the iconic Power Plant building. Connect with fellow attendees in a relaxed, social setting and build relationships that go beyond the conference floor. Includes food and two drink tickets.
A separate ticket is required. To add a ticket, click the "Edit/Upgrade Your Registration" button in your confirmation email. Tickets may also be purchased at the registration desk, but limited tickets remain. Ticket price: $150.
CE Credits
Earn up to 14.0 CEs through in-conference programming, or 17.0 CEs if you attend a pre-conference workshop.

How to Claim Your CEs
- View the Event Agenda in the mobile app.
- Scroll to the end of the day and click on Session Evaluations for that day.
- Click the button within that says Session Evaluations.
- Select the sessions you attended and complete the questionnaire for each.
To claim your CE Certificate, look for an email from Periop Leader Week one to two weeks post-conference with instructions to download your certificate from your account.
